Exchange Server 2010 w/ Outlook 2011

We have installed Exchange Server 2010 with owa, activesync, and outlook anywhere. It is in a coexisting configuration with Exchange 2003.  I am trying to attach a Macbook Pro with Outlook 2011 client.  If you create the account, it uses autodiscover to select the correct EWS URL, but never loads the mailbox.  Please help with any ideas.

It is a known issue. Re-create the EWS virtual directory on the Exchange server and then try again. It should help you fix the issue.

Remove-WebservicesVirtualDirectory -Identity "CAS_NAME\EWS (Default Web Site)"

New-WebServicesVirtualDirectory

Let us know how it goes.
