Greetings,

 We installed MediaWiki on a Windows 2k3 with MySQL 5 and PHP 5.  The configuration and creating DB was a success and we are can save, edit pages.

The only thing is we can't log in at all to create users or register to create new accounts.

There error we are getting is:

There seems to be a problem with your login session; this action has been canceled as a precaution against session hijacking. Go back to the previous page, reload that page and then try again.

I suspect I may havee something to do with the PHP, but not sure where to begin, any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

it's working now.

Looks like the localsettings.php was missing this string:
session_save_path("tmp");
