Exchaneg 2007 SP3 Deployment
We are looking to deploy SP3 for Exchange 2007.
Single AD forest with 4 child domains.
I am looking to do schema upgrade before we deploy Sp3
Can someone confirm if i am getting this right?
Use Entprise Admin ID and run SP3 setup on one of the root domain controller with schema master role.
1) setup /PrepareAD
2) setup /PrepareAllDomains
Will that be all??

You can install Exchange 2007 SP3 with no issues
There is no need manually upgrade the AD schema before upgrading to SP3,When you install the SP3 it will automatically upgrade the AD schema
But make sure you have disabled Microsoft Forefront Security before installing Exch 2007 SP3

well,
we have different domains in diff reqions and respective exchange admin will do their SP3 upgrade and thats why i wanted to do teh AD upgrade before hand on the root and all domains.
So if that sounds fine , do you think I have the right instructions set for preparing AD before hand?

No ,Only disable Microsoft Forefront Security.

Add error on line 180: No Such Attribute
The server side error is "The parameter is incorrect."
