Since we have upgraded globally to version 8 in groupwise our IMAP Outlook clients receive sporadic messages with incomplete mailto: addresses. Addresses may not include full name, just last name. Any ideas how to correct this?

give GroupWise 8.0 SP2 HP1 a try, they did some IMAP fixes on GWIA, but not what you described.

Can't test at this time because I don't control upgrade path locally. This is a good idea, but I'm not sure if it will work or not and I can't test it at this time.
