Hi;

My user using MacBook Pro and I have installed the printer driver of Sharp MX-5500N for her, the driver I used is "MX2300_7001_Mac105_1200.zip" which was downloaded from www.sharp.ca site.

The installation of driver is ok and she can print, howerver the print out was go to the output tray on the right hand side, not in the Saddle Stitch Finish try.  What can I do to fix it?

Please see the picture for reference.

First, the proper drivers can be found here: http://www.sharpusa.com/ForBusiness/DocumentSystems/MFPsPrinters/MX5500N.aspx

Second, with most of these Sharps, there is a method to either read the printers extra options in that driver or they can be added manually so you have the correct configuration of the printer.
