To whom it may concern;

We have recently started moving our Exchange Enviornment over to a Windows 2008 Enviornment from a Windows 2003.  While attempting to create Reciever connector we got the  error:
Active Directory operation failed on USDCP03...  This error is not retriable.
Additional information:  The parameter is incorrect
Actaive directory response:00000057: LdapErr: DSID-0C090C30, comment: Error
in attribute conversion operation, data 0, v1db0

The requested attribute does not exist.

Any help would be great..

SInce there are no other answers as yet I will try to help. It looks to me like the AD prep has not completed  properly.

Here is a link that might help:

Specifically check the adprep lines.
