I have SharePoiint 2010 Foundation installed in a stand alone configuration.The database is SQL Server 2008 express. I need to move the database from the local express server to another box with SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard installed. The local SQL Server has 5 databases created by SharePoint.
Is moving the databases as easy as backup and restore on the new box? Then using Central Admin to set the SharePoint DB to point to the new database location?
