OWA and RWW not working for our server
We have a single windws 2003 sbs running exchange. We have recently had a rootkit infection of explorer.exe, which we have now fixed. This may be nothing to do with our problem, but thought I should mention it.
We find that we cannot access mail remotely by either https://owamail.domainname.co.uk/exchange or by https://owamail.domainname.co.uk/remote.
We just get a page cannot be displayed error.
We cab ping our static IP address. Remote desktop does not work externally either.
I have checked that the ports 443 / 25 / 4125 and 3389 are all forwarded to te correct local IP address, and they are.
We have also just installed AVG v2011, but again, I don't know if this could cause a problem, as we do not use OWA very often.
I have checked with BPA for both SBS and Exchange, but apart from some minor disclosures, nothing was discovered.
Can anyone advise on how we can trap this?
