Hi.

Is it possible to make a group with contacts, that everyone gets on their Communicator by default?

I don't believe there is a way to do this... this info (and associations) is stored in the DB, across multiple tables (ContactGroups, Contacts, ctGroupAssociation).

Alternatively... you can create a Distribution List in Exchage with everybody that you want included in the group.  The user still needs to add the DL 'group' to Communicator manually.
