unable to send emails out - exchange 2003
Hello experts!!!
I need your guide to find out why my exchange server is unable to receive emails from outside, we are able to send to outside & my users are not able to use the webmail services either...
I have restarted the exchange and barracuda firewall...
in my barracuda I don't see any traffic coming from outside ...
I don't get any errors back (I sent a test from yahoo to my email).
Any ideas what could be happening??

using the telnet session when I enter instruction rcpt tp: email@yahoo.com I got the error...." UNable to relay for email@yahoo.com....
I have alse rebooted the barracuda and still unable to view any traffic...

Ok if you send from a Gmail Account to yourself do you get a bounce back?
Can you bypass the barracuda as a temp test to see if you receive email? Just change the firewall forward rule to your exchange box.

The issue was that my users had pushed the reset button of my router and configuration was wiped out...i
until you guys told me to check firewall- barracuda I check there was no configuration routed to it...

from a command line telnet mxrecord 25 do you get a banner? If not check your firewall to see if there is a rule forwarding smtp to the barracuda. Post your results here...
Reboot the barracuda if you have not done this already.
