I received an e-mail with approximately 100 contacts in the "TO" line. I would like to extract these e-mail addresses to Excel. If I click Reply To All in Outlook 2003, the TO line displays Firstname Lastname <email@example.com>. However, when I select & copy the contents of the TO line, Outlook only sends Firstname Lastname to the clipboard (as a text string, not a mailto link).
I came up with Plan B: add these people to my contacts, and export my contacts to Excel. The problem is that I can't figure out a way to copy them to my contacts en masse. I would have to right click on each one, select Add To Outlook Contacts, then Save And Close.
Any suggestions on how I can add everyone to my contacts at once, or otherwise extract their e-mail addresses?
