junk email outlook 2007

A user i getting returned emails that she did not send in her Junk Mail.
How can this happen & prevent it?

This is the result of user spoofing your client's address and sending out spam using your client's address in the From field. When email gets block by receiving server, it goes back to your client.

Verify that virus is not sending email from computer without your client's knowledge.  Run antivirus and anti mailware scans.  

If spammer is sending from another server, you cannot do much about the spoofing.  
1. Make sure your client does not click on any links in the spam mail.
2. Report the abuse http://spamlinks.net/track-report-addresses.htm
