The Google web-interface on a client's Google Apps account is generating the following errors:
"Oops… the system encountered a problem (#825)"
"Oops… the system encountered a problem (#717)"
- The error is specific to her account. I get the error using her account regardless of computer or browser type. I do not see the error using her computer to access any other account.
- I sometimes generate the error when I attempt to send using her account. Clicking the "Refresh" button.
- Her Google Apps Sync Tool fails with emails. It successfully syncs address book, calendar, and contacts.
- Her Droid fails to sync with emails. It successfully syncs address book, calendar, and contacts.
Everything points to a problem with her email account on the Google Server side.
