How To trace outbound calls in Cisco Unity Call Manager

A certain number keeps failing intermittently and i need to look at some sort of a log or live trace to figure this out.

I know there is a way to look at the logs but i forgot how. We have Cisco Unity 5.0 and Call Manager 7.0. I am only getting familiar with this phone system now so if im forgetting to mention pertinent info please let me know.

Hi Adam,

It is best to look at the logs on your voice gateway.

Could you please advise:
- Which signaling protocol you're using between the call manager and voice gateway? I.e. H.323 MGCP SIP, SCCP
- What is your PSTN interface? I.e. PRI, BRI, FXO

Based on the above answers, you should look at different debugs.
