What does this mean: Reference to a non-shared member requires an object reference.

I am writing a function for SSRS

Public Function Test() As String
System.Web.Httpresponse.Redirect("asdsa")
End Function

I am getting an error reading:
What does this mean:  Reference to a non-shared member requires an object reference.

I am not sure what it means?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
