DVR software for both Weblogic and Intellex

We have a video monitoring system in different buildings, some use Weblogic equipment and software, others use Intellex.

is there one software (desktop or web) that will allow us to view video feeds from either/both systems?

Probably freshgrill,
I can only point you in the direction ok as this is out of my experince range,
However monitoring software  only needs to find the different cameras so look for this type of software
Here's some ideas I have read the specs for you and these supports  multiple Cameras.
