Entourage crashes when opening email with signature

I have a client with Entourage 2008 that when she receives and attempts to open an email from a coworker with her signature it closes out of Entourage, gives me the option to send an error report and then reopens Entourage.  After Entourage reopens, she is able to open the email with no problems.  I have deleted her deleted items, moved sent items to another folder, and deleted the Entourage Temp folder inside Microsoft User Data folder.  She is using an Exchange account on Exchange 2007.

Any ideas?

Received a call from the person yesterday stating that it is no longer happening.  This is almost a week after recreating the email account so I can't really say that was the solution.

I will try to remove her email profile and re-added again and see if that solves the issue.

start up Entourage with Option key pressed down to bring up the Verify/Rebuild window and try to repair user's database

I have tried the verify/rebuild and that did not fix the problem.  I will try wiping out the account and re-adding it on Monday.

Attempted the recreation of email account but that did not fix the problem.

It only happens with 1 person that when she sends her an email with her signature it crashes Entourage.

Any more ideas?

If the person that is sending her an email does not include her signature, then yes, she is able to receive the message with no problem.  If the sender sends an email with no signature and attachments, then she is again able to receive the message.  But, as soon as she includes her signature, regardless if there are attachments or not, Entourage crashes.  Her signature does have hyperlinks included in it if that matters.
