Entourage crashes when opening email with signature

I have a client with Entourage 2008 that when she receives and attempts to open an email from a coworker with her signature it closes out of Entourage, gives me the option to send an error report and then reopens Entourage. After Entourage reopens, she is able to open the email with no problems. I have deleted her deleted items, moved sent items to another folder, and deleted the Entourage Temp folder inside Microsoft User Data folder. She is using an Exchange account on Exchange 2007.
