Setup SQL Reporting Services wont install.

I am getting the following error on this during the final install of CRM. It seems to be from a setting I do not understand. What exactly is it saying I need to do? Please advise.

Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server http://OURSERVER/ReportServer. Error: The operation you are attempting requires a secure connection (HTTPS).
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: The operation you are attempting requires a secure connection (HTTPS). ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.SecureConnectionRequiredException: The operation you are attempting requires a secure connection (HTTPS).

Do you mean I need to create a certificate for SSRS or I need to be the "The Administrator Account to do this or just part of the Admin group.

I am not sure what you are saying I need to do. Please advise. Thank you.
It was the certificate thanks.
I still do not understand why I would neet to buy one over being able to make one in Microsoft. I would think it would be easy. I have spent weeks trying to do it off and on with no luck. Have you ever been able to make one if so how? Please do tell?
