Parctising SQR for PeopleSoft

I would like to know if I can learn SQR language separately using any tool (like TOAD for Oracle).
I am basically a ORACLE database SQL developer, but few of my tasks need SQR skills.
How do I approach in learning this. I already have the Tutorial PDF downloaded, but I need an editor or free software tool where I can write some simple SQR programs and execute them.

Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.
