hey guys, i need a quick and fastest way to load xls infromation into a mdf database?

like in my xls document i have, 3 coloums

Country
PostalCode
Area

Please Help? i am a C# coder and i am using 2005 sql sever.

Hi, Want to save file as blob format or in tables.

If in blob then read file in binary stream and save to database.
or in tables then its good to use SSIS package to do.
