First you need to download and install the symbols package from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/symbolpkg.mspx#f
 
The debug file above is not showing any debug info at the moment.

Unfortunately I do not have the dump so can't you check with out simbols

I have installed installed the symbols package from http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/symbolpkg.mspx#f but still I am getting same error in dump. Could you please tell me what could be the issue. I am opening dump in Win XP machine.
