I want auto complete to reference the name raather than the email address.  Also autocomplete seems only to complete the name once I have typed the full name of the recipient.  Obviously when I look back at emails sent I cannot necessarilty remember the email address of a person but their name is much more useful.

It was Outlook 2010 using POP.  The contact details were using the email address in the DISPLAY AS field!

Sorted after changing all of the contacts display as field......!!!
