Can I add to the Attribute Type INT - DURATION list?

I am using the Attribute Type INT Format DURATION for the first time.  I am given a default list (as shown in the picture below) - can I change this list? List of Type INT Format DURATION

I belive not. But you can type in values that are not in the list - just overwrite with say 8.1 hours.
