Geo IP filtering/localising site access in classic ASP

Hi there,

I have a site that needs to be available in the UK only - it's not super strict so could include Ireland too, some small islands off the UK or not include them - it's just generally that most people in the UK can see it but anyone outside (not using a UK proxy) can't access the site. How can I do this in classic ASP (without paying anything!)?

Thanks experts
