We are having some issues with a piece of software on our Vista Business PC. We have been advised by the vendors to complete a system restore.

We are getting following error when trying to restore to an earlier point.

Can anyone help?

Boot from the Original DVD/CD mdeia and choose repair my comuter. Try the system restore from there. If it fails, then the restore points are corrupted.
