Issue with 1 domain sending on iPhone

Have customer whose email domain is hosted on GoDaddy.  Pop email works fine on pc.  On iPhone email works fine except for 1 domain which it won't send to. mine!  He can send to me no problem from his pc.  On the iPhone whenever he initiates email to me or tries to responds to 1 of my emails, it goes to his outbox, and he gets the error "Cannot send mail.  A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recepient was rejected by the server."  Whose server - Godaddy? I don't get it.  Need help ASAP as this is sort of embarrassing.

He needs to set the smtp server for that account to the one supplied by the internet provider whom is connected.

macteo - Are you talking about his cell carrier - AT&T? He's connecting on AT&T's cell network.  Why would only one domain fail and not all other email domains?
Exactly.

Because other accounts probably uses smtp servers with authentication (google, etc)...
Hello,

I think you just need to setup the SMTP "Outgoing" mail server info. for where that domain has their email sending through.  If the domain is hosted at Godaddy then you need to get those setting from Godaddy.  If you login to their account you will see all of these settings.  You can also look at the settings on their computer for SMTP in whichever email client or program they are using.

Let me know if you need more help.

steveqwyn - The problem is that the client has the GoDaddy settings on the phone for the pop acct. So far he is able to send mail to all domains except mine.  And, he can receive mail from my domain on the phone, too. Just sending mail to my domain is rejected by "the server".  GoDaddy's server? They're not rejecting my domain on his pc. A big problem. I must be missing something.
