"Show" ribbon bar group not present in Outlook 2010
Hi!
I'm trying to view tracking information in outlook 2010 (with BCM) and following instructions here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/add-tracking-to-e-mail-messages-HA010355569.aspx However, I can't find the group called "Show" to view the tracking information.
When I click Customize Ribbon in outlook 2010 options, I can see Show group in the right pane under Main Tabs/Message. However in Ribon itself it's not present...
Anybody can help? Thank you!

Opened, still not there.
Looks like BCM version does not have Show Group...

OK. But how do in this case read receipts work? Where in the message can I see the tracking info saying that my message has been read?

sorry typo...
Only THEN...you will see the Show group and the Tracking button in it.
Only THEN...you will see the Show group and the Tracking button in it.
and then on the Message tab, in the Show group, click Tracking
