outlook 2010 print preview shows multiple pages for single message

I have one workstation that when I go to print a message, it prints it over 18 pages. None of the other stations have this issue. All margines and page sizes are correct and it does this on all printers. The only difference with this machine and the rest is that it has a Dymo LableWriter 400 label printer. When you view the print out, it's as if it is trying to set itself up for a label to print.

I removed the Dymo add-in but still nothing. This one has me stumped

Hi,

is your default printer on that workstation set to a regular printer?

What printer is shown on that workstation in Outlook properties?
