quickbooks can not open outlook

Hi

I have quickbooks enterprise 2011 retail, i just install office 2007 in all my 4 workstations, i can email invoices from quickbooks from all computers but one, this one shows a message
quickbooks can not open outlook, close microsoft and try again.

I can perfectly use outlook in this computer, somehow this happen maybe by coincidence after i install office 2007, but all the others pcs are working fine, any idea
please help

Have you checked your Event Viewer for Application errors?

Was there a previous version of Outlook on this computer - maybe it didn't get completely removed and QB is still trying to access the older version.

Yes, there was a previous version, but it was working fine, after i install office 2007, it starts giving thqat problem.

Also, verify Outlook is the default e-mail program in IE. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> make sure e-mail is set properly.

Another option would be to try another e-mail program in QB, Edit -> Preferences -> Send Forms.

You may need to reinstall QuickBooks.
