Freedom9 Freeguard 100 Port Forwarding

We have aquired a new client that is running the freeguard 100.  We need to port forward 3389 to the server asap.  I have reset the router...we have tried everything.
I have created a custom service,  then a rule to map the WAN1 port to INTERNAL to the ip.  Nothing.

Anyone have experience with this device??

It looks like you need to create a virtual IP Mapping.
