Report.rdl files in ASP.Net Web application

I am creating ASP.Net web parts applications and uploaded Sqlreports.rdl files in the application folder. SQL reports created using MS SQL server 2008R2. Can I execute the .rdl files from ASP.Net application and how to do that?
Please give me an idea?
