Folks,

I just received email to say that Blackberry Enterprise Server Express 5.0 SP2 MR1 for MS Exchange is available.  Now a consultant did the original install in July of BES 5.0 and I am on 5.0.1 Bundle 12.  I think I would need to upgrade to a version before 5.0 SP2 MR1, what do I need to do to upgrade to latest version?

Hi,

You will need to download from the link below and update to BESX 5.0 service pack 2, and then apply the latest Maintenance release pack, just make sure you backup the besmgmt database, in case anything goes wrong, and you should be fine!
