We are using a watchguard firewall/vpn and as of late yesterday none of my vpn tunnels are active.  I called watchguard and they told me to upgrade my box to thier latest version 11.3.2 so I did.  The odd thing I see is in the logs it seems to be denying our gateway.

2010-11-20 06:42:53 Deny 64.90.xxx.xxx 255.255.255.255 5678/udp 5678 5678 0-External Firebox Denied 87 64 (Unhandled External Packet-00)  proc_id="firewall" rc="101" Traffic

Can anyone help me figure out what the message above is telling me or maybe it can help solve my issue?

In WG System Manager; under Blocked Sites do you see your default gateway listed; if yes, then make sure that "Auto block source of packets not handled is not checked" under "Unhandled Packets"; in Policy Manager->Setup->Default Threat Protection->Default Packet Handling.

Please check and update.

Thank you.
