Pert analysis add-in in Project 2010

Hello
I have Project 2010 and I need to use the Pert Analysis. In my laptop i dont have the add-in (pertanl.dll). I use one i downloaded from the internet and there is an error (1004)

How can i download this comm add-in ????

some help pleaseee!

"None" isn't a very good reason.
