Sum required to work out percentage number goes up or down

in the attached spreadsheet are a series of number on row 1.  Row 2 shows how many percent the numbers have moved by each month which are all correct until you get to cell S2 where it says that 2094 is only 42.74% higher than 1199 which is not correct.

Can someone figure out the sum I need to correct this please?

What I have done is take the increase / decrease and worked out what the percentage increase / decrease is over the previous months figure.
