Hi,
within our Web framework, there are forms that will be mailed to certain mail distribution lists (Outlook Exchange).
These emails contain structured form data as follows:

fields 1: value1
field 2: value2
...

Is there a simple way to transform these emails to a database structure (incoming email will trigger a small process that converts this email data and stores it to the database).

Follow it to directly connect to your own DB

To trigger the process you could use the NewMailEx event of Outlook

By the way, for some reason if you want a ready product... try this

Too big a product for you though. I suggest follow the above article... it has sample codes to assist you towards your goal.
