I get Cannot create ActiveX component error.

hello experts,
I have a web application that generates a word document and prompt the user to download it. When I have an open remote connection to the server (Just that.Without doing something else) and I try to generate the word document from a web browser (other pc) it works fine.
After I disconnect from the remote connection and I try to repeat the process I get "Cannot create ActiveX component." error.

any suggestions ?

I tried those things but still nothing...
