The System Cleanup folder disapear although the user recieve mail from the server that old mails were moved to the System cleanup

we need to add the folder on the outlook profile

depending on your outlook-version you may start outlook with the parameter /resetfolders to recreate missing folders:

Start -> run -> outlook /resetfolders -> ENTER
