The delay in opening the CDR files from a network could be due to your<br />

If the files can open quickly, it could mean there it is a net work issue.<br />

I should have added that piece of information. &nbsp;We did copy the file down to the local pc. &nbsp;It opened in 15 seconds.<br />
<br />
However, we have lots of files stored on the NAS and these seem to be the only ones that we are having an issue with.<br />
<br />

Any other thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

We store everything on a NAS server.  All devices are connected to the network @ 1gbs.
