Earlier this week I recieved the cancellation message below for a bi-weekly management meeting a number of us have in our calendar. The intent from the sender was just to cancel the Nov 8 meeting.  However, it removed all management meetings (past and future) from my calendar.  It didn't do so for the other recipients. I also use an iPhone synced to the Exchange server.

This has happened a few times before and we've had to re-enter the meetings into my calendar.  Can you think of any explanation?

Hi, EXPSYS.

Did you process the cancellation in Outlook or on your iPhone?

Yes sorry I should have made that clear, I used my iPhone to process the cancellation.
Thank you.

I don't have an iPhone so there's no way for me to test or troubleshoot.  My first thought is that it is responsible.  The simple test is to have someone cancel another meeting and process it on Outlook.  If it works properly, then the iPhone is the most likely cause.  Someone with an iPhone will have to help with the question if that's the case.
