My Nortel switch no longer works after attempting to update the firmware to 5.4. Does anyone know of a way that I can get the switch working again? It is one of our test switches and I don't need to keep any of the configuration but I don't want to lose a switch due to failed firmware update.
I don't have personal exp with 4500 series switches, but at least on 2500/3500/5500/8600 series you can interrupt boot process to load switch to boot menu, from which you can load new firmware, delete
