the main reason that the firmware upgrade failed is that I didn't upgrade the diagnotic software first. 4500 switches can be interrupted during post and new diag and image software downloaded from a directily connected tftp server.

My Nortel switch no longer works after attempting to update the firmware to 5.4. Does anyone know of a way that I can get the switch working again? It is one of our test switches and I don't need to keep any of the configuration but I don't want to lose a switch due to failed firmware update.
