Are you planning to create a database on that machine, or do you want to use that machine to access another database?
What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

If you want to install from the link AND create a database take the link above "If you want to create a database"

Both links above are the selected links from within your link.
