The issue is with asp.net menu component (which is crap IMO) I had the same problem as well.
I fixed it by specifying a high z-index like 1001 via css class rule.

Specify the CssClass property in the DynamicMenuStyle property and implement the class rule in your stylesheet.
<asp:Menu ID="Menu1" runat="server">

    <DynamicMenuStyle CssClass="DynamicMenuStyle" />

</asp:Menu>

.DynamicMenuStyle {

    background-color: #f7f6f3;

    z-index: 1001;

}

Open in new window

IT, Stop Being Called Into Every Meeting

Highfive is so simple that setting up every meeting room takes just minutes and every employee will be able to start or join a call from any room with ease. Never be called into a meeting just to get it started again. This is how video conferencing should work!

The change is mentioned in my previous comment.
Implement <DynamicMenuStyle CssClass="DynamicMenuStyle" /> and add a new rule to your site.css having this:

.DynamicMenuStyle {
    background-color: #f7f6f3;
    z-index: 1001;
}
