How to get Response from WinSock

Hi guys,

I have a program written bu a 3rd party company there software sends out information via winsock every 3 seconds, I was wondering if there was a way to catch that information so that i can view it using either PHP or a Javascript file?

No, not using PHP or javascript. You would need to setup a network monitor of some description.
