Machine_Check_Exception error in Win2k3 Ent R2 SP2 32bit Edition with Qlogic QLE 2464 Fibre Card & IBM x3550 Server

Hi,
I am getting Machine_check_exception while windows starts.

My Setup :-
IBM x3550 server
Qlogic QLE2464 quad port Fibre Channel Card
Windows 2003 Ent R2 32 bit Edition with SP2

1) I installed os on the server with sp2. Working ok.
2) After installing fibre card above error occured.
3) Removed fibre card.
4) installed MS patch KB932755 & KB939315 and Qlogic driver ver. 9.1.8.25
5) installed Fibre card again.
But still giving me the same error.

This error occures after window os boots to login screen, & when device manager tries to install driver for the card.
Server reboots continuously.

Note : I checked the card in my desktop with win2k3 64 bit os. Found Card is working ok.

Amit B

I see more recent drivers on qlogic site:
http://driverdownloads.qlogic.com/QLogicDriverDownloads_UI/SearchByProduct.aspx?ProductCategory=39&Product=993&Os=85
Install "other" driver i.e storport vs scsi

Hi,
I have found the solution for this.
I have created custom Win2k3 cd with raid card driver & SP2 using nlite software.
I found that some drivers from IBM server guide cd is causing problem.
I installed server with above cd and now everything is working fine.

Any Suggestions.
