IIS 7.5 Url rewrite https to http

Hi Experts

I've having problems doing a URL rewrite.
I have a site which runs in https with an SSLcert. Which all works great but what i would like to do is if the address http://www.website.com/public then https://www.webiste.public is displayed but the address is kept as an http.

Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure that what you are asking for could be made.

Think that http and https are different protocols, they aren't part of the address you're going to, they are the protocol through you want to reach that address. So I'm not sure you can make a petition through one protocol and show another one on your addressbar

It could be a serious security issue, from my point of view, if a webpage shows me that I'm reaching it through a secure connection but redirects me to a normal one.
