At least 3 time a day I get this email (Delivery Status Notification (Failure). See the text below.

Do you have an Administrator@ConstructionSafetySoftwareCorporation.local configured on your mail server?

Check the Administrator account and make sure the address exists - if not - add one.

Sure thing - no worries.

Open up Active Directory Users & Computers (Start> All Programs> Administrative Tools> Active Directory Users & Computers) then expand the tree until you see the Users Folder at the bottom of the list.

Click on the Users Folder and you should see the Administrator Account on the right.  Double-click on the Administrator Account and Click on the Email Addresses Tab.

Look for an administrator@ConstructionSafetySoftwareCorporation.local email address in the list.  If you don't see one - you can easily add one by clicking on New> Select SMTP Address and click OK then type in administrator@ConstructionSafetySoftwareCorporation.local and click OK Twice.

If you get an error saying that an email account already exists - which you shouldn't - then you need to search through the accounts on the server for that address, but as you are getting a message saying the address does not exist - then I am not expecting this to be a problem.

Get your SmartZone Communications Centre to send another email.

Then check the Administrator account and see if it has arrived.

Alternatively, if you don't want to have to login to the Administrator account to check every time - delete the email address from the Administrator Account and add it to your email account or someone else's : )
