How do I get to this path in apex

I want to set up active directory using a scheme fo ldap. According to the documentation I need access to:
Authentication Schemes Home > Managing Application Security > Establishing User Identity ... > Using Preconfigured Authententication

When I login I'm on this page: see attachment.

The administration is grayed out, I think that is where I need to go.

Okay I understat the application is grayed out because I'm there! I'm in the admin page.

It looks like you're logged into the Internal workspace, not the actual workspace where your applications reside.  Once you create your application workspace, as well as an application, you will have access to the security settings for that app.

Thanks. If I understand correctly, its the workspace administrator that can set up the security for each application.

Can the developer also access the security scheme?

Not quite. Each application containts its own security and you can access the settings from the Shared Components tab.

Yes. From the docs:

•Workspace administrators perform administrator tasks specific to a workspace such as managing user accounts, monitoring workspace activity, and viewing log files.

•Developers create and edit applications.

•End users have no development privileges. You define end users so that they can access applications that do not use an external authentication scheme.

•Application Express administrators are superusers that manage entire hosted instances using the Oracle Application Express Administration Services application.

Thank you, in a hurry to reach my goal without reading the manual. Never looked at apex before.  I was able to create a workspace and application and  then reach the security page with the ldap scheme. Pretty easy once you do it.
