Does anyone know if Microsoft System Center Essentials comes with a Remote Control tool. If so, how would you rate it and if not, what would your recommendation be for a small to med size business ?

Essentials has taken a very similar approach to McAfee, where you install an agent on the client computer, and use policy based administration. I was looking into this as well. I am impressed with essentials, and like it as an AV suite. I don't see issues with it as I do with third party software that blocks some domain features.

I believe, (also like McAfee), you can deploy these agents from a remote location with domain admin rights.
