Event ID error 3005 in the application log

I have 7 droid x users and 3 are posting errors in the application log when there phone tries to sync.
I have windows server 2003 sp2, exchange server 2003 sp2
All the mailboxes appear the same, been on the server a while and have the same rights.
I have a screenshot attached.
